9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific

Regular breaks are incorporated.

Individual and team registration are available. Many departments and agencies have benefited from team registration which is less than the price of two individual registrations. About me

Sharmane Baynard is a GIS Analyst for the Fairfax County Department of Public Safety Communications (DPSC), also known as Fairfax County 9-1-1. With a GIS career spanning over two decades, Sharmane began her journey in 2002 with the Real Property Services Department in Greenville, SC. She has extensive experience in GIS analysis, data maintenance, map creation, and geocoding, having served in roles such as Addressing Agent, Specialist, and Technician. At Fairfax County DPSC, she plays a critical role in integrating GIS data into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to support over one million service calls annually.
